NEARSUN established cooperation with a leading domestic electrolytic aluminum enterprise. Aluminum smelters operate in a high-magnetic-field environment: since electronic components are disturbed by strong magnetic fields, ordinary electric forklifts suffer control logic errors, functional anomalies or even complete loss of control under strong electromagnetic interference, seriously threatening drivers and production safety. Relying on its nationally accredited laboratories, NEARSUN performed CAE simulation of high magnetic field strength during design, improved and specially treated risk parts, and ensured continuous, stable operation in high magnetic fields. The lithium-ion forklifts provided in this cooperation were tailor-made for the customer's special conditions, won unanimous praise, and filled a domestic gap in lithium-ion forklift applications in such conditions.
